Restoration Ministries is a church within the Bermuda Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  We began as a group of young adults who were concerned about a growing number of missing members.  By early 2004 we started to meet regularly to discuss how to make a difference. The consensus was to start a ministry to reach out to these missing members and those simply looking for the love of God. After much discussion, organizing and prayer, Restoration opened its doors for the first time on October 23, 2004.  We’re still excited about our mission as we constantly explore new and innovative ways to introduce and re-introduce people to Christ. 

 

At Restoration we believe that worship is a lifestyle - a continual, moment-by-moment deference to God’s will that cultivates our faith and allows us to focus on being a blessing to others.  Sometimes, this means stepping outside of our personal comfort zone to do something a little unconventional.  The amazing thing about connecting with others in this way is that the blessings come full circle and we in turn are blessed. 

 

Sabbaths are extra special at Restoration because they are a culmination of a week of worship.  We begin with a thought provoking study about issues that are impacting our lives with an emphasis on sharing, encouragement, learning and growth.  We also offer exciting services for our Children and Youth which focus on getting to know God as a personal friend, lifting Him up in praise, and finding ways to serve others. Our morning study is followed by light refreshment.  This integral part of our day offers the opportunity to connect one-on-one with our guests and friends.  Finally, we come together in Praise and Worship where we can express our heartfelt gratitude to God.
